"We infused our Barrier Islands Sea Salt with freshly brewed Espresso Roma locally roasted by Eastern Shore Coastal Roasting Co. We use a two step process, first infusing the salt flakes, then mixing in finely ground coffee to create a rich, deeply flavored salt that's perfect on chicken, beef, chocolate desserts or the rim of your favorite martini."
